    (no charge).
2. Pricing:
    A. Prices will be those prevailing at time of order, they may be 
        changed without  notice.

    C. Co-op pricing is available upon request.
3. No imprint: 
    A. For more than minimum quantity: Please use next two column 
        price of quantity  ordered.
    B. For less than minimum quantity: Please use first column price.
4. Random sample:
    Please use end column price plus freight charge
5. Rush order:
    Please call for availability and charges
6. Cancellations:
    Orders canceled will be subject to payment for all make-ready costs
    plus all applicable products, production costs incurred and $25.00   
    processing fee.
7. Changes:
    Orders changed once our make-ready process has begun will incur
    additional art and/or typesetting charge as applicable.
8. Product specification:
    Product dimensions and imprint sizes are approximated.
9. Less than minimum:

10. Returns:
      A. Products may be returned if found defective or damaged for     
          replacements only.
      B. All returns must have RMA (Return Material Authorization) 
          number issued by factory before returning products.

ARTWORK
1. Hard copy: Clean black and white camera ready is required.  Please
    supply color-separated artwork for multi-color imprints.
2. Electronic art: EPS format with fonts converted to outlines/curves.  A 
    fax print-out is required at the time of  e-mail.  E-mail address: 
    
3. Typesetting: $15.00(G) minimum
4. Art touch-up: $30.00(G) minimum
5. Paper proof: No charge

SILKSCREEN IMPRINT
1. Price includes a one color on one position imprint.
2. Setup charge for initial order: $50.00(G) per color & position
3. Setup charge for repeat order: $25.00(G) per color & position
4. Extra color(s) running charge: $0.80(G) per color & position for 12-
    249 pieces; $0.60(G) per color & position for 250 pieces or more
5. Color change: Please add $20.00(G) per color.
6. PMS color match: $20.00(G) per color
7. Copy change: $45.00(G) per color & position
8. Sample proof: If sample proof is required prior to production, please
    add $50.00(G) per color & position for setup charge plus cost of
    product.  After approval of sample proof, please add $25.00(G) per
    color &  position as repeat setup for mass production.
9. Personalization: $45.00(G) for setup charge plus $4.00(G) per
    name for running charge.  Please supply name list saved on IBM
    formatted disk together with hard copy in order to size the best.

ENGRAVING
1. Setup charge for initial order: $50.00(G) per position or straight line
    (up to 3 lines)
2. Setup charge for repeat order: $25.00(G) per position or straight line
    (up to 3 lines)
3. Oxidation: Add $0.50(G) extra per position or $0.20(G) for pens.
4. Extra engraving running charge: $0.80(G) per position for 12-249
    pieces; $0.60(G) per position for 250 pieces or more.
5. Copy change: $45.00(G) per position
6. Sample proof: $50.00(G) per position or straight line (up to 3 lines)
    plus cost of product
7. Personalization: $30.00(G) for setup charge plus $2.00(G)/name or

PRODUCTION
1. Production time: 10 working days
2. Overruns: Up to 5% to complete order

WARRANTY
All items carry a one year limited warranty from the date of shipment.
Warranty against defects in material and workmanship only and does
not include wear-and-tear or battery.
